Terms and Conditions:

The Client should arrive 15-30 minutes early to complete a client intake form. To save time this intake form is also provided following your confirmation page and may be printed, completed, and brought in at the scheduled appointment. Client should present a valid I.D. at the time of services. If the client has a serious health condition, he may be asked to provide a Doctor’s Release. All cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance or a twenty dollar ($20) cancellation fee will be applied. 50% down is required for all appointments. To make payment client may call the school at 713-974-5976 or make payment at www.themassageschool.com at the bottom of the homepage. The intern may call you 24 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. Health Studies Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any client for health or safety reasons.
